Once your cupcakes leave our facility, they are at the mercy of our carrier. We make every effort to protect your cupcakes from damage during shipping. Any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

Everything is shipped FedEx 2-Day Express and packed with gel packs and dry ice. Assortments are packed to arrive on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (shipped 2 days prior).
Please, plan for your package to arrive on your doorstep between 4-7 days of placing your order. If you need something sooner please call for a quote on expedited shipping costs.
