Once your order has been placed it has already been processed for pickup. There will be NO Refunds due to change of mind, change of plans, or illness. If you need to cancel your order (with at least 48 hours notice) - please email hello@sascupcakes.com with your name and order number. You will be given store credit. That means you can use your credit for cupcakes, cake pops, whatever you'd like! It never expires! Nothing is given to late cancelations and no-shows for pick up orders.
