Once your order has been placed it has already been processed for pickup. There will be NO Refunds due to change of mind, change of plans, or illness. If you need to cancel your order - please email hello@sascupcakes.com with your name and order number with at least 24 hours notice. You will be given store credit. That means you can use your credit for cupcakes, cake pops, whatever you'd like! It never expires! Nothing is given to late cancelations and no-shows for pick up orders.
Since our product is perishable there are no returns on products.
