Valentine’s Day Cupcakes
Once your order has been placed it has already been processed for pickup and delivery. There will be NO Refunds due to change of mind, change of plans, or illness. If you need to cancel your order (with at least 48 hours notice) - please email hello@sascupcakes.com with your name and order number. You will be given store credit. That means you can use your credit for cupcakes, cake pops, whatever you'd like! It never expires! Nothing is given to late cancelations and no-shows for pick up orders.
There will be NO store credit given to incorrect delivery address, stolen packages, package refusal, vacant homes, or an undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses include, but not limited to: office that does not allow packages left at reception, cannot get ahold of recipient for office deliveries with no reception, dogs running around front door of home delivery, and possibly more. Undeliverable packages will be brought back to SAS Cupcakes to be picked up by the sender or the recipient. You will be contacted via phone and email if your package is deemed undeliverable.
Delivery time is between 10am-5pm, due to the volume of orders we cannot guarantee a specific time. Make sure the recipient knows they are recieving a package. We will leave on the doorstep for customers who are not home at residential addresses. We will leave at the reception desk for offices.
